Fill in the blanks, make the necessary revisions, print and send. For questions,

Drop-in Article
The drop-in article should be sent prior to the press release, and will give the
public a general understanding of Project Graduation. The article includes
background information about Project Graduation, the need for the program, as
well as a way to get involved.
Press Release
Send out the press release to local newspapers, television and radio stations, and
college publications to gain the most publicity for your chapter's event.
Media Advisory
Similar to an invitation, media alerts are sent out closer to the event date to invite
reporters or photographers. Media alerts can be sent in lieu of or addition to the
press release.
